“We got to know Grottinilab thanks to Elis’s Open Italy project, as one of the innovative start-ups. We decided to implement their technologies in 7 of our stores to monitor our Customer Experience and to better understand our visitors’ Shopper Behavior, after a first pilot. The Grottinilab added value consists in being able to combine information from different technologies into a single platform, providing us with a team of experts to support in the data analysis and interpretation process”
